Shipping policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

For international orders, we charge the courier charges in accordance with the weight, size and destination of the customer. Shipping on full price items on orders above INR 10,000 is free. For sale pieces, shipping charges will apply.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 4 to 7 business days to dispatch orders within India, and 7 to 10 business days to dispatch international orders for our ready-to-wear by vivandiva. And all Make to Order and Customize orders will take 15-20 Business Days.

Delivery within India takes 2 to 3 business days and internationally takes 5 to 6 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

Duties and Taxes

All of vivandiva orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. VivanDiva takes no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

COLOURS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate. Colour may vary on the website from the actual Colour of the product depending on your device’s screen properties and settings. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry-cleaned.
